Leadconnexx, a division of EDS Consulting (“Leadconnexx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), provides marketing and lead generation services, including database reactivation campaigns, appointment booking workflows, and related solutions. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Provided

Leadconnexx offers marketing solutions including but not limited to:

Database Reactivation (“DR”) campaigns.

Automated appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.

Consulting and business growth services.

Other lead generation, marketing automation, or digital solutions as introduced.

We may update, add, or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking a demo or engaging our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Client Engagement & Fees

Commission-Based Model Certain campaigns (e.g., DR campaigns) may operate on a commission or pay-for-performance basis. Specific terms will be outlined in your client agreement.

No Upfront Fees (where stated) In cases where we promote “no setup” or “commission-only,” you agree that fees will only be due based on results as mutually agreed in writing.

Additional Services Additional offers (speed-to-lead, out-of-hours automation, review campaigns, etc.) may be billed on a flat-fee or subscription basis.

Non-Circumvention You agree not to bypass Leadconnexx in order to directly engage with tools, contractors, or third-party providers introduced during your engagement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While Leadconnexx applies proven systems, automation, and marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including sales volume, revenue growth, or lead conversion rates. Results vary based on your industry, existing database quality, offer, and follow-up practices.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website, booking systems, or services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.

Use our services only for lawful purposes.

Not misuse, duplicate, or resell our campaigns, workflows, or proprietary strategies without consent.

Ensure you have the legal right to upload and use any customer data provided for DR campaigns.

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (e.g., CASL in Canada, TCPA in the U.S.), including ensuring you have the right to contact leads in your database.

6. Data & Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of information as described therein.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

Leadconnexx may rely on third-party service providers (e.g., communications platforms, calendar integrations, AI tools). We are not responsible for the performance, outages, or policies of these providers. You agree to comply with their terms of use where applicable.

8. Payment & Billing

For paid services:

Fees will be invoiced as agreed.

Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of service.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, strategies, and materials provided by Leadconnexx remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadconnexx and EDS Consulting are not liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Data loss or business interruption.

Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadconnexx and EDS Consulting against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of our services.

Violation of these Terms.

Use of your customer data in DR or related campaigns.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of systems. Upon termination, your right to use our materials or services immediately ends.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws. International clients agree that disputes will be resolved under these laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
